Marina Batham is an experienced Broker, selling Maui properties since 2002, managing offices as Broker In Charge and managing a state-wide company with 10 offices as Principal Broker. Marina sells, teaches, coaches and manages. Her experience is wide-reaching and her customer service is second to none.
Marina was born in the British Virgin Islands, completed her education in New Zealand and gained international experience living and working worldwide, including Europe and Asia. While living in San Francisco, Marina’s professional relationships with Apple, Cisco, Oracle, Sun, and Seagate took her around the world before she settled on Maui in 2001. It was then she began her real estate career. Over the following years she excelled, quickly rising to state-wide Principle Broker and managing hundreds of millions of dollars in sales.
Marina has been an active member in her local board, primarily focused on measures to protect homeowner rights. She has served on the Board of Directors for four years, Mediation Committees, and on the Government Affairs Committee for 12 years. She has also served as a Director on the Kihei Community Association and in the Kihei-Wailea Rotary Club, and is a Paul Harris Fellow. In 2007 Marina was recognized for her work by being voted the Realtor Salesperson of the Year by her peers. She volunteers her time on the Board of Directors at Seabury Hall Parents Organization and is the past Chair of the Seabury Hall Craft Fair, raising over $200,000 in 2015 for financial aid.
Marina is an outdoor person, growing up sailing, riding horses, and adventuring across the planet. Maui’s lifestyle allows her to enjoy a clean, healthy, uncluttered environment to raise her daughters in and do her favorite activities — swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, kite surfing, hiking and rock climbing and sailing.
